Nice idea the tunnels would be great for the underground as well as a place for the undesirables can carve out a place literally.

Yeah, xHero and I are working on it together with Havok.  Will try to bring in a few others as we go and let you know more as it develops.

We are doing things differently, hoping we don't get into trouble doing it, lol.  I created my character in Vampire the Requiem and transported it into SR4, not realizing until later that vampires do exist.  The d10 dice pool system is similar to the d6 dice pool, and the xp/karma systems award similarly.  I'm hoping this adds an exciting element to our gameplay.

xHero is bringing in his own unique style, but I'll let him reveal that or keep it mysterious.

I've been working on a pretty extensive background for the SF Bay Area for my campaign, I could start posting the general notes that I've come up with, if people would like...

I plan to run my first campaign in Hong Kong. Runner Havens has some information on it but alot of other setting, including oWoD, have Hong Kong books too. It's an impressive city, both the island and Kowloon.

I love the idea of a Honk Kong game. I feel that the players really need to passionate for the city you are going to run in as well. I have found that oWoD books were ok for the things that it had in them. The New stuff doesn't have much about the city in question. I do like using other game books for info about places.

The Chicago book had quite a bit of information. New Orleans as well. Those are the only nWoD city books I have so I can't speak for the rest.

So this is for people to add bits and peices about their runner cities? I could toss some of my NYC and the outlying burroughs areas. What should I put in? NPCs, lore, runner bars, gangs and things that go bump in the night?

Take a look at my Kirkuk write-up and Noirfatale's Montreal bit for ideas on layout and what to include.

Yep!! I am thinking about making a board for both of those to go in. That way they don't fall far down the list. Not much of a worry but just in case.

Awesome - I'll break it down under specific in-post topics to make it easy to find. I'll also label stuff that clearly non-cannon so as to avoid confusion.

Sounds like a fun project for the new year.

Great sounds like fun. I can hardly wait to see what you post.

I would say just load it all under the New York board.
